Last updated September 17, 2026. Thor Builders LLC ("we", "us") is a licensed Oregon contractor (CCB# 238076) based in Medford, Oregon. This policy covers thorbuilders.org, our project inquiry, questionnaire and callback forms, and the lead forms we run on Facebook and Instagram.
What we collect
- What you give us on a form. Your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and details about your project (type of work, timing, budget range, whether you own the home, and any photos or notes you choose to send). The project inquiry requires a project type, ZIP code and phone number. Budget, timing, notes and photos are optional. Other forms may ask different questions. Your browser may save an inquiry draft on this device so you can return to it.
- Facebook and Instagram lead forms. If you fill out one of our forms inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us the answers you submitted (typically name, phone, and your project answers). We do not receive your Facebook password or your private profile.
- Basic technical data. We record the IP address and browser type of requests, the first page of your visit and its referring website or campaign tags. We use an anonymous browser session identifier to connect page views, call or text link clicks, and inquiry steps. These event labels do not contain your form answers. We use this data to block spam, improve the site and understand which pages bring project requests.
- Advertising measurement. Our advertising landing pages use the Meta Pixel so we can tell whether an ad led to a request. Meta's own privacy policy governs what Meta collects; you can adjust ad preferences in your Facebook settings.
We do not ask for, and do not want, health or medical information, Social Security numbers, or financial account details. Please don't include them in a message.
Why we collect it
- To call, text, or email you back about the project you asked about.
- To scope your project from your answers and photos before deciding whether an in-person visit makes sense.
- To keep our forms working and free of bots.
- To measure whether our advertising is bringing in real requests.
By sending us your phone number you agree that we may call or text you about your request. Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop. Standard message rates may apply.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We never share it with lead brokers, other contractors, or marketing lists.
- We never add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for.
Who sees it
Your request goes directly to the owner of Thor Builders LLC — not a call center. To make that work we rely on a few service providers who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and secure storage of form submissions), Telegram (instant delivery of new requests and any photos you attach to the owner's phone), and Meta (Facebook and Instagram advertising and lead forms). Photos you attach are forwarded to the owner and then removed from our web storage. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep project requests for as long as we may reasonably do business together — usually up to three years — so we can honor quotes, warranties, and follow-ups. Site and form analytics data is kept for up to one year. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

- Stop texts by replying STOP; stop calls by telling us once.
- Ad preferences are controlled in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
Our website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
