Talent has done a lot of rebuilding in the last few years, and we're proud to be part of it — from finishing new bathrooms right to updating the older homes that came through untouched.
Talent is a mix right now: brand-new homes and manufactured homes that went up after the 2020 fire, and older houses on the west side and toward Wagner Creek that have had the same bathroom for forty years. The new homes often need upgrades the builder skipped — a real tile shower instead of a fiberglass insert, better lighting, a vanity that fits. The older ones need the works.
For the older homes, our standard is a tub-to-shower conversion with a low or curbless entry, an anti-slip floor, and a tiled bench — about a week from demo to done. For homeowners aging in place we add anchored grab bars and comfort-height fixtures without making the room look clinical.
